What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is the perfect combination between staying in a hotel and leasing an apartment. We provide the comfort of a **** hotel (Hotel Stars Union Classification criteria 2010-2014) including maid service, 24h reception, broadband access, fresh towels and linen change, but you also have the added convenience and freedom of staying in a spacious fully furnished luxury apartment.

Where in Budapest are your apartments located?

The apartments are situated right in the centre of Budapest, in the historical quarter of the capital, only a few minutes’ walk from Andrassy Boulevard and Deak Square, near the most famous touristic and world heritage sights such as the St. Stephen Basilica, the Synagogue and the State Opera House. How do 7Seasons Apartments prices compare to a Budapest hotel?
Our rates are priced per night, per apartment - not per person, and unlike a hotel you can avoid all the typical hidden service charges associated with hotels, such as Internet use charges, mini bars and room service.

Should you need to accommodate a group or a family, then you can opt for one of our cost-effective two or three-bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to 6 guests and stretch your budgets even further; why pay for two or three rooms in a traditional hotel?

What is included in the cost?

We include everything to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our apartments have wireless broadband internet, DVD Players, Cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens. We provide all your cooking utensils and cutlery. We change fresh towels every day while linen is provided weekly.

How often are the rooms serviced?

Our apartments have maid service daily. This keeps your apartment neat and fresh and includes a slight cleaning and fresh towels for every day of your stay. We also provide a major cleaning weekly that includes the full cleaning of the apartment with linen change.

How many people can stay in one of your apartments?

The total number of people is limited to the number of beds in the apartment, for example a one bedroom apartment can only be booked for 2 or 4 people. For further information please read the detailed presentation of our apartments here.

What can I expect in my apartment?

Apartments vary in size, from a One-bedroom Apartment through to Two and Three Bedroom apartments with separate living areas, sleeping up to six guests. Each apartment has one or two separate bathrooms and toilets of course.

All apartments have a kitchen, fully equipped with appliances including a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery (including plates, cups, glasses and pans) with a full suite of utensils.

All of the apartments have cable TV with free view featuring over 50 channels and free wireless Internet access.

Do you provide single beds?

We have queen size double beds (not twin beds) in our apartments.

Are the apartments smoking or non-smoking?

All of our apartments are non-smoking, however you can smoke on the balcony of the apartment.

Can I bring pets?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets in our apartments.

How do I make a reservation?

You can book in a way that is quick and easy for you; use our online secure booking engine, or contact our reservations team via phone on +36 20 275 7777 during office hours Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm CET, or send us an e-mail. Please note that we require your credit card details to guarantee your reservation.

Is it possible to view an apartment before booking?

Yes. We will be more than happy to show you around, whether it's just for you or a corporate booking. Please contact one of our reservation team to arrange a viewing.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Yes. It is generally 2 nights, but on Fridays and Saturdays it is 3 nights. We can accommodate stays of any length, anywhere from 2 days to 3 months or more. We will do everything we can to work with your travel plans whilst in Budapest whatever the duration. To check our current minimum stay for your travelling dates, please use our online reservation system.

How far in advance do I have to book my apartment?

There is a high demand for apartment accommodation, as more and more people are now realising the many benefits of this type of accommodation when compared to a traditional hotel. Therefore, we advise that you book as far in advance as possible, particularly at peak times. Of course, we will deal with last-minute bookings, but we may not be able to offer availability on some occasions.

How do I amend my booking?

You can contact us by email with any amendments you require; for example, you may wish to add nights to your booking, or change the apartment type. We cannot, however, guarantee availability if you require extra nights.

If you wish to reduce the number of nights booked, you may be subject to a cancellation charge, but we will always endeavour to help you.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to rate type. Please check the rate information when selecting your apartment. 

BEST AVAILABLE RATE bookings can be cancelled with the following terms:

Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to your arrival date, will incur a cancellation fee. Details of these charges can be found in our full terms and conditions. If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not arrive at the apartment, the full price will be charged.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.

How do I pay and when do I pay?

Payment is required upon arrival. For further information on payment and cancellation policies please refer to our terms and conditions page.

How do I check-in?

Check-in is possible from 2.00pm.

Our reception can be found in the same building where our apartments are located, so you only need to find our reception and we will be happy to help you. The opening hours are: Mon - Sun; 24 hours a day, non-stop. During your reservation please let us know when we can expect you to arrive.

How do I check out?

Check-out time is 11am unless otherwise agreed.

On your departure, simply return your keys to the reception. We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in a presentable condition, making sure that all the windows are closed and the appliances are switched off. Please make sure that you closed the main door behind you.


In case you fail to check out by 11am, we reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee or charge for an additional night, without being able to guarantee the availability.

How do I make a group booking?

If you want to make a booking for a group for more than 10 persons please contact one of our reservations team to discuss your requirements via phone on +36 20 275 7777 during office hours Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm CET or use our contact us form, as we may be able to offer a discounted rate.

Do you offer corporate rates?

Is there on-site parking?

Parking is available at our guarded underground garage for EUR 20.00 / day. During the booking process please let us know if you require a parking place.

Are cots or high chairs available?

Both baby cots and high chairs are available at our apartments without any extra charge. Please let us know in advance if you require any of them. More about our child friendly services.

What happens if I lose the key of the apartment?
As per the cost of changing the lock, a charge of EUR 50.00 is applied.
