Central, clean, good price, no problems!
Big surprise to find this wonderful place! We felt welcome all the time, reception staff very friendly, and helpful Thank you Lilla we wont forget our stay there. Not one bad comment we were a large group and every one was pleased and happy to spend our holiday there in a clean, safe, and affordable pricees. Big social areas with balconys in the heart of Budapest A great spot!!!

Location ! Location ! Location!
We were amazed at how clean, organized and comfortable the apartment rooms were. Staff was very helpful and accommodating from the point of pickup, drop off and at the apartment. The pickup and drop-off service was convenient and there was no need to worry about horrible taxi drivers and language problem. I informed about the elderly parent I was travelling with and they did all the necessary arrangements.
Communications amongst each of the staff at 7 Seasons were very good! We were close to the trams, metro,attractions, convenient stores, excellent value Illy takeaway coffees and various supermarkets.
There was 1 night where some guests were speaking rather loudly sitting at the balcony till 2am. But they checkout the next day and it was ok.
Nice gesture -a bottle of red wine awaiting for us too.

+ It was spacious and the toilet is separate from the bathroom, which also had a washing machine. All the facilities were at hand in the kitchen. It was a terrific place with good security, plus a market just up the road near the underground.
- If you arrive just after nine am there is no one to let you through the security door at the entrance, unless you can phone them.

The 7 seasons is excellent. The staff were friendly and eager to help us, they had all sorts of material on hand to help plan activities in Budpest and the surrounding area. My wife and I stayed here on a 16 day driving Odyssey of SE Europe with our 2 kids under 2 and this was our favorite hotel/apartment. Understand it is an apartment so there is no breakfast, but the apartment is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the center of Pest is 300m away.

Fantastic apartments!
Stayed here with my family and shared a two bedroomed deluxe apartment. They were very large and spotlessly clean. We had a bottle of red wine on arrival and enjoyed that on the lovely balcony.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It had free internet modem and all mod cons that you would expect in a luxury apartment. Staff were very helpful.
Only downside to our apartment is there was only one toilet between the four of us and even though we had an en suite bathroom, it didn't have a toilet in it.
Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it. The apartments are very central and literally a two minute walk to the main metro line. There are some lovely restaurants at the back of these apartments, serving traditional Hungarian cuisine.
The apartments are a little bit hard to find as they are set in a shopping complex but we got a taxi to them and the driver dropped us off outside the complex. Will definitely return to these apartments on our next visit to Budapest!

A must!
The apartment was really nice just how it looks on the pictures! The rooms were really big, nicely decorated very modern with all the features: balcony, dishwasher, free wi-fi, freeview TV etc. Staff on reception very helpful with advice on where to eat and drink also booked taxi's for us on request.

+ Its location. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. It was comfortable and quiet. An ideal location if you want to explore the city by foot as we did.
- The building itself could use some tlc. Also there is no signage for the 7Seasons out front.

The 7 Seasons apartments are possibly situated in the most ideal part of Budapest, some would say the center of the center, any of the many touristic areas can be reached easily on foot from the hotel, close to the Hungarian state opera house & St. Stephen Basilica, take a 20 minute stroll down to the river and follow it around to get to the Parliament building, i would also recommend if you have the time a trip around Margit Island.
The Rooms themselves are good and has everything you would need and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment (also if your going to buy any food to prepare, there is a 24/7 store at the front of the hotel), the balcony is very pleasant when it is hot, only problem with our room being that it was situated in a courtyard, not that it is much of issue, it is just more plausible to make awkward eye contact with people across the way.
All in all, if i was going back again to Budapest i would stay there again as it is a good price and a superb location.

A fabulous central location for a family to stay!
I traveled to Budapest alone with my 3 young daughters (5, 7 & 9). This was an amazing place to stay. When I travel alone I do a lot of research to ensure that we pick an economically priced hotel that allows easy access to the activities we have planned.
It was clean, extremely central and close to everything we wanted to do. We picked a 1 bedroom apartment, as we knew that we would not be spending much time there.
Absolutely no complaints!It had a double pull out in the living room, a nice double in the bedroom, a toilet room, and a shower room. There was also a small table and a full kitchen. Wi-fi connection worked great.
As I'd heard different stories about cabs in Budapest, we opted to get the return transfer from the hotel. It was great! The driver was waiting for us and ready to go both on our arrival and return trip.
Our hotel was just a few steps from Deak Metro, which is a central hub for all the lines. The Hop-on-Hop-off bus stops at Deak square also. We could walk to the river in about 5 minutes, and there were tons of restaurants nearby. We used both of the small grocery stores within a few hundred feet of the hotel and made our own breakfasts each morning. This was a great start to the day with children.
Only downside: the 2 nights where late night food delivery people were at my door. They did go away with me telling them through the door that I did not order food. The apartment has 4 towers: A, B, C and D. We were in 708D, so food could have been for 708B or 708C.

+ If you want a 4-5 star hotel here for 3 nights for two couples it will cost you five-seven times the cost of this apartment (luxury, 2 bed, 2 bathroom, kitchen, salon area c/w flt screen and all you would want. I would recommend this very highly. We will go for apartments instead of hotels in future.

We have lived in Europe for 2 years, and this is the best place we have stayed in while traveling. The apartment was large and clean, the staff was very helpful, and it accommodated our son well (including a baby crib, toys, high chair, baby bath). They even had a welcome gift of wine and tea waiting for us. Great location near the big sites. I am recommending this place for everyone traveling in this area!

A perfect break!
We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment for 2 nights and it was perfect. The customer service was unlike any we have ever experienced — nothing was too much trouble! The apartment was spacious and clean with everything needed for a self catering break and more...
Located just moments from all the top tourist attractions (and 2 minute walk from the Wizz air drop off city point), we could not have asked for anything else.
There is a 24hr super market within 2 minutes walk along with a wide variety of outdoor cafes and restaurants. The Hop On Hop Off bus tour leaves from the end of the road (the hotel sells tickets, which can be used for 48hrs), and shows the top attractions.
All in all a perfect short break we are very thankful we chose this hotel / apartment!

Stunning Budapest.
I would like to say a big thank you to the manager and staff at the 7 seasons hotel. They made our stay in pest very comfortable and what can i say about the accommodation except fantastic, clean, warm, plenty of room and even a complimentary bottle of bulls blood upon arrival.
I would personally like to thank the manager for his assistance in sorting out a slight problem. The apartments are only a few minutes walk from parks, theatres and restaurants.
I went as part of a group we hired three separate apartments and all the rooms and facilities were great. Budapest is a wonderful city, its very tiring on the feet but worth every step.

away from home but feeling like home!!!
we are a family with 2 babies so we stayed at a 2 bedroom room in the 7th floor. The view was nice and the room was excellent. The furniture was modern and generally the room was extremely clean.
The people in the reception were very helpful and ready to assist anytime.
in the room we had all the necessities, coffee, tea, bottle of wine as a welcome kit and clean towels and sheets. The balcony had an ashtray although we were not smoking. In general i recommend the accomodation not only due to its excellent location but because of the comfort and convenience of the rooms and the helpful managing people

Location to city centre was excellent, apartment spacious and staff helpful on any queries. The collection taxi service was great and our driver shared lots of information about the city and country.
We had evening flights and there would have been no problem storing our luggage but we opted to pay a reduced price to stay in our rooms which was an added bonus. The only thing that would have been better for our group of 6 (mixed ages and genders) would have been the option of single beds in some of the rooms.
We were very happy with the kitchen and bathroom facilities. We would have no hesitation in staying or recommending these apartments again.

The location is excellent, near the metro station... This is a perfect accommodation for family, friend groups and everyone in Budapest and was the best place ever we've stayed in Europe and Australia."

"The aparthotel has all the basics, its is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is great, a short walk (15 min) to the Chain Bridge and all the amenities are available just few steps away. The staff was really friendly, Flora that was at the reception when we arrived on a Sunday evening gave us the best reception and answered all our question with patience and a smile."

We are very sorry if it was difficult to enter our building at your arrival. As our reception is open from 8.00 until 24.00 (or later if needed) the only reason we could imagine that no one answered the entry phone is that our colleagues were helping other guest at that moment.
