Terms & Conditions

Reservation

You can book your apartment online through our secure online booking system with instant confirmation. Reservation is possible only with credit card guarantee or with full pre-payment, cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to rate type, please check the rate terms when making your booking.

Payment

The accommodation fee is confirmed in EUR, it includes VAT, but excludes 4% city tax. Payment policies vary according to rate type.

Cash payment is accepted in EUR or HUF (local currency), and credit cards can be charged in HUF (local currency) only. Accepted credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Unionpay. EUR rates are exchanged to HUF, the conversion is made at the foreign currency selling rate - valid on the day of payment of the bank where the account of 7Seasons Apartments is kept. Please note that you can change the currency of displayed rates in our online booking system, but those rates are for information purposes only.

Guarantee

We reserve the right to pre-authorize the provided credit cards prior to arrival, as a guarantee of your reservation. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will have 24 hours to provide a new valid credit card. Your reservation will otherwise be cancelled.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is also required, that is refundable upon check out if the house rules were kept and after an inspection of the room is completed.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and payment policies vary according to rate type, please check the exact cancellation policy under the Rate name.

No-show Policy

In case of a no show (fauilre arrival), we will hold the apartment until 5:00 AM the next day. If we do not receive any notification from the guest regarding a later arrival, we will cancel the reservation and charge the full amount as a cancellation fee. If the guest shows up without prior notification, we will try to provide accommodation based on availability, but since the reservation has been canceled, we cannot guarantee it.

Reception opening hours

Our reception is open 24 hours, every day of the year, therefore you will not need to worry about late check-in. We generally ask for arrival details in order of the smooth check in.

Check in / Check out

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
In case of early arrival or late departure our Guests can use our luggage room with no extra charge. Early check-in and Late check-out can be requested at extra cost and are subject to availability.

Breakfast hours

The breakfast is served daily at Antré every day between 7:30 -12:00 AM, which is an authentic and spacious restaurant located right next to our reception. We offer full hot & cold buffet breakfast for 18.00 EUR / person.

Children and extra bed policy

Only registered guests are welcome to stay, and our occupancy limits must be strictly observed. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of stay. The maximum number of guests per apartment varies depending on room type.
Additional guests can be accommodated up to the maximum capacity and need to be confirmed by the property, charges may apply:

Children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds or baby cot.
Children from 4 to 12 years are charged 10.00 EUR / night when using existing beds.
Children from 13 years and adults are charged 20.00 EUR/ night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds.

Special requests

All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Air-conditioning

Please be informed that the air-conditioning is only available from 1 June to 31 October. The operating period is determined by the condominium based on the ambient temperature.

Pet policy

Unfortunately it is not possible to accommodate pets in our apartments, except guide dogs.

Car parking

Car parking is available at our guarded underground garage for extra charge (28.00 EUR / night / car). If you wish to reserve a parking place, you can add this service to your reservation during the booking process. Height restriction: 2.10 meters. Please note, that EUR 20.00 security deposit is required for the proximity card for the parking place. With this card you can drive in/out as many times as you want. The deposit will be returned in exchange of the parking card.

Group reservation

When booking for 10 or more persons or 3 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We may require deposit payment up to the total value of your reservation to guarantee your booking.

Smoking policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and common areas of the building. Our Guests may smoke on the balcony of the apartment and at designated smoking areas. The violation of this rule (cigarette stubs, odor) effectively results in a 150.00 EUR penalty fee and the guest can also be asked to check out.

Long-term policy

When booking for more than 14 days, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We may require deposit payment to guarantee your booking. The confirmation letter includes the valid cancellation and prepayment policies.

Group policy

Please note, that having loud parties or any activities that may bother other guests are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ask an amount of 100.00 EUR / person as a security deposit what is refundable upon check out if the houserules were kept and after an inspection of the room is completed.

Lost & Found

7Seasons Apartments is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. All apartments are equipped with in-room safes. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks. Should a guest lose personal belongings while staying at 7Seasons Apartments, if recovered, the item will be recorded as 'found'. If a valuable is left in the apartments after the guest has checked-out, it will be placed in our Lost & Found storage, where we can store it until the guest arranges the pick-up of the item for delivery or for maximum 30 days after the guest's departure. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within 30 days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.

Damage

You are required to notify us of any damage, loss, or broken items, or matters requiring general maintenance. Any damage to a room will be charged in full.

The pre-authorisation and damage deposit may be used to cover incidental items including security bond or deposit for any breakages or damage incurred during your stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.

In the event of any breaches any of these conditions or the regulations, we reserve the right to request a guest vacate their room immediately without refund. Theft or damage to company property leads to formal measures.
