Reservation
You can book your apartment online through our website. We accept reservations only with credit card guarantee. We will not charge your card in advance, you will required to pay for your accommodation upon arrival.

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.

We take the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.

What is included in the price?
The confirmed price of your booking include VAT and all other charges but excludes Tourist tax (4% of the accommodation's cost). There are no any other hidden charges or fees. The price includes bed linen and towels of course. Fresh towels changed on every third day including a light cleaning. The confirmed price also includes weakly maid service. Child discount
We offer discounted rates for children. Under 6 years of age children stay free of charge, between 6 and 12 years of age we offer 50% discount from our rates for maximum two children per apartment. 

Please note that our online reservation system cannot proccess the child discounts correctly at the moment, so we will discount your confirmed price later on according to the rules described above.

Small pets
Small pets are allowed but please note that 10 EUR / night will be charged.

Payment
The full price of your stay need to be paid upon in arrival after check-in. Please note that due to fraudulent credit card payments currently we accept payments only in cash either in EUR or HUF.

Cancellation of a booking
Your reservation can be cancelled before 5 days prior to your arrival time without any penalty. If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us via phone on +36 20 258 2293 or by sending an e-mail. For the cancellation please prepare your reservation ID number.

If you cancel your reservation after 5 days prior to your arrival time the price of your first night will be charged. In case of a no-show, the full price of your stay will be charged.

Check-in time
Check-in is possible from 2.00pm at our office/reception located in the same building where our apartments can be found.

Please note, that our office/reception is open Monday to Sunday 9.00am - 6.00pm. If your expected arrival time is later, please let us know and we will wait for you.

Check-out time
Check-out is possible till 11.00am. In case your travel arrangements require a different schedule we will be happy to store your luggage at our reception.

Early/Late Check-in and Check-out policy
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for extra charge only, usually the half price of one night stay. Please let us know of your requirements when making your reservation.

Car parking
Car parking is available at our guarded underground garage for extra charge (15 EUR / day). If you wish to reserve a parking place, please let us know when making your reservation.

 

Smoking policy

All of our apartments are non-smoking. Guests may smoke on the balconies of the apartments. The penalty for smoking inside the apartment is EUR 150.00.

 

Loss or Damage
The Management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks.
